I’ve always been a big sports fan and have participated in various sports during my life.
I painted in my younger years but stopped after I started my career as a graphic artist and art director until I retired in my mid 50’s. My family has always encouraged me to start painting again but I kept putting it off.
Once covid hit i needed something to keep me busy during the long winter months. I was lucky enough to go to the Masters in 2019. That was the year Tiger won another green jacket! The Masters was an amazing experience and to this day it seems like it was a dream. That being said, I knew what my first painting would be after 40 years of painting hibernation. It was the famous Par 3 at Augusta. That painting began this new journey in sports paintings which I have enjoyed the last few years and hopefully for many years to come.
